Stayed at a place where they somehow managed to provide accommodation, breakfast AND a garden. Impressed! The shared lounge was a bonus - I got to share my disdain for the breakfast with other guests.

marvellous location near to the cafe and tam coc, and the room was cool. the host was always available. rooms here were equipped with 2 big beds and strong wifi and good ac. they offered us lots of options for breakfast, it was great and not expensive. everything was simply perfect. the apartment was 5 minutes walk away from sun flower restaurant.

The value for money at this homestay was excellent. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, including a locker. The location was great and the staff treated me like family.

We had an amazing stay at this homestay. The staff, especially Chung and his family, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They provided us with a map and useful tips in excellent English. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, including the option to rent motorcycles. Chung even helped us get a Vietnamese sim card and booked a night bus for us. The location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and markets. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, and location were exceptional.

The breakfast at Tam Coc Green Homestay was amazing! We enjoyed having a free drink of our choice and a wide range of options, from omelettes to fried rice. The host was extremely helpful, even allowing me to practice driving a scooter for the first time. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to attractions and beautiful nature. I highly recommend this lovely place.

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay in Ninh Binh. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a small terrace to enjoy the surroundings. The location was perfect, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, and markets. The owner, Chung, was really helpful and friendly, providing great advice and assistance throughout my stay. I also appreciated the option to rent a motorbike from the homestay to explore the area. I highly recommend this homestay for a fantastic experience in Ninh Binh.
